Design Concepts
Tiles in the Seacera range allow a plethora of design possibilities through combinations and mix of format, color, and texture. For creativity, the design can be further accentuated with trims such as borders to further enhance the final layout. Tile joints are normally closed for polished surfaces and open (approx. 3mm - 5mm) for non-polished surfaces.

Care and Maintenance
In most cases, regular cleaning with household detergents are sufficient to maintain the appearance of Seacera's range of tiles. The following recommendations will further ensure that tiles laid are trouble-free: -
Clean all spills as soon as possible.
- Sweep away sand and particles from surface before introducing water and detergent.
- Rinse tile surface with sufficient water and detergent and mop solution to remove dirt.
- Mop up excess solution and rinse surface with clean water again before mopping the floor dry.
For more stubborn stains, refer to the chart below:
| Type of Stain | Type of Cleaning Agent * |
| Grease | Thinner, Turpentine |
| Marker Pens | Thinner, Turpentine, Mild Sulphuric Acid |
| Wine/Colas | Potassium Carbonate, Caustic Soda |
| Paint | Thinner, Turpentine |
| Cooking Oil | Potassium Carbonate |
| Coffee/Tea | Potassium Carbonate, Caustic Soda |
* Small or diluted amounts of the cleaning agent should be used to test-clean the affected areas.
For tiles with a polish finish, apply a protective layer of penetrating sealer to the tile surface prior to the laying process. This will allow most dirt and stains that occur to be removed using the above guidelines.
